- Ruffle Twirl Dresses, Activewear & Accessories: Processed and handed over to carrier within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays).
- Personalized Custom Jerseys & Custom Name Items: Because each custom item is individually sublimated, cut, and sewn to order, production handling time is 4–7 business days.
- Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM EST (GMT-05:00).
