You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return, exchange, or refund for eligible items.

2. Eligibility for Returns & Replacements

• Non-Personalized Apparel (e.g., Toddler Ruffle Twirl Dresses, Activewear, Hawaiian Shirts, Tote Bags): Eligible for a full refund or size exchange within 30 days provided the garment is unworn, unwashed, in new condition with original tags/packaging.
• Defective, Damaged, or Misprinted Items (Including Personalized Items): If any item—including personalized jerseys, tumblers, or scarves—arrives with a manufacturing defect, printing error, wrong size sent, or transit damage, we provide a 100% FREE replacement or 100% full refund (including shipping costs) with $0 return shipping fee.

3. Return Shipping Costs & Restocking Fees

• Restocking Fee: $0.00 (No restocking fees ever).
• Defective / Incorrect Items: Free Return ($0.00) — Ruffleon provides a prepaid USPS return label.
• Size Exchange / Change of Mind (Non-Custom Items): Customer covers return postage to our Florida facility.

4. How to Initiate a Return & Refund Processing Time

1. Email support@ruffleon.com with your Order ID and photos (if damaged/defective).
2. Our support team responds within 24 business hours with your return authorization and instructions.
3. Send authorized returns to: Ruffleon Returns Dept, 1420 Magnolia Ave, Suite 104, Green Cove Springs, FL 32043, United States.
4. Refund Timeline: Once received or approved, refunds are issued within 3–5 business days directly back to your original PayPal or card payment method.
